‣Your pieces are handcrafted just for you. Therefore, it usually takes 1-3 days for us to prepare them. This means that you will have your piece within 2-5 business days after you place your order.


I want to cancel my order or return my piece. What are your return policies?

‣You can cancel your order within 12 hours of ordering. And you can return your piece within 30 days of receiving it. All you have to do is write to us, and we will help you with everything.

Returns and Exchanges

‣ The return shipping cost must be paid by the customer for the product to be returned.
‣ Returned shipments must be trackable and require a signature upon delivery.
